Opera Co-Pro Ltd. Opera Co-Pro is the global service that connects performing arts companies to co-produce and trade opera productions. Opera Co-Pro is the only existing and largest global Marketplace that connects Opera Producing companies to sell, rent and co-produce shows. Our stakeholders are top managers from the opera industry: Opera Companies, Orchestras, Independent producers, Record Companies, Publishers, Festivals, Cultural organizations. Our platform uses an innovative matching system to find the best collaborations between our members through the biggest database available in the market.
This internship is designed to offer interns the opportunity to gain valuable work experience in Opera Management.
It provides interns with the opportunity to:

The intern will work from remote and from the designated offices or co-working spaces provided by the company whenever required.
The Intern’s work assignment is established by mutual agreement between the Company and the Intern.
Specifically, the Intern will collaborate with the Company to assist on Marketing and Business Management on the following tasks:
- The Intern will follow instructions and report directly to the CEO of Opera Co-pro, Miss Ambra Sorrentino for the activities related to Opera Co-Pro.
- The Intern will team up with the Financial team for any matter related to budgeting and financial applications related to clients’ projects.
- The Intern will be asked to contact potential clients and proceed with their registration on the platform.
- The Intern will work with the marketing and events department and will support the team in the organization of online/in person events.
- The Intern will manage Opera Co-Pro social media pages, and will contribute to the development of a social media strategy.
- The Intern will help create and achieve a marketing strategy for each event and for the company overall.
- The intern will interact with the Clients for the organization of events/for marketing purposes and for business development purposes.
- The intern will manage timelines, budgets and company documents related to events.
- The intern will contact and negotiate with third parties and opera Co-Pro collaborators and clients for the organization of events/marketing purposes.
- The Intern can support the project and production team with any consultancy issue related to the Services advertised by Opera Co-Pro.
- The Intern will complete requested tasks in the agreed deadlines and in accordance to the needs of each of Opera Co-Pro’s departments.
- The Intern can organize and take part in meetings and write reports for the fulfillment of their tasks.
- The Intern will consult the Tech company Altar.io for assistance in the technical equipment and software of Opera Co-pro for emailing, chats, databases, forms, websites etc.
- The Intern will take part in the General Management Meetings at least once a week, and will write notes and minutes.
- Besides these features, the Intern will fulfill other assigned tasks that might arise in future, in accordance with Opera Co-Pro strategies.
Qualifications: Bachelor or Master’s degree in Marketing
Software: WordPress, Hubspot, Google Drive
The internship is unpaid with expenses reimbursement up to 200 GBP per month.
